1. Compatibility
The FUDO ChinMount is compatible with Cookie G3 and G4 helmets, as well as action cameras such as GoPro 8 and later, GoPro HERO, DJI Osmo Action 3 and later, and Insta360 Ace Pro/Pro 2. It is the user's responsibility to verify compatibility with their own equipment before use.
The compatibility list may change with the release of future camera models.
2. Use and Responsibilities
The FUDO ChinMount is designed for sports use, particularly in free flight (paragliding, skydiving, etc.), where inherent risks exist. The user acknowledges and accepts that:- We cannot be held responsible for loss of the mount or camera during flight.
- We cannot be held responsible if the mount or camera becomes entangled with the parachute lines, despite the presence of a release handle allowing the system to be detached from the helmet.
- Each user remains fully responsible for their equipment and its use.
- The user is solely responsible for securing, adjusting, and inspecting their equipment before each use.
3. High-Risk Sports
The use of the FUDO ChinMount is part of a high-risk sport. The user acknowledges that accidents, damages, or incidents may occur during the practice of these activities and that they undertake them at their own risk. FUDO ChinMount cannot be held liable under any circumstances for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the product.
4. Warranty and Support
The FUDO ChinMount is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. In the event of a manufacturing-related hardware issue, please contact our customer service for assistance. The warranty covers the FUDO ChinMount product exclusively and does not apply to action cameras or any other accessories not included with the mount.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, extreme operating conditions, or incompatibility with the helmet or camera used. The user is responsible for verifying the compatibility of their equipment before use.
5. Temperature and Storage
The 3D-printed FUDO ChinMount should not be stored or used in extreme temperatures above 50°C or below -10°C. Exposure to high temperatures may cause the product to deform or deteriorate. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the mount is stored in suitable conditions to ensure its safety and durability.
