The FUDO ChinMount is a mount intended exclusively for skydivers authorized to carry a camera in flight. In France, only holders of the Autonomous Parachutist Certificate (BPA) authorized to carry a camera are authorized to use this mount in flight. The buyer acknowledges full responsibility for compliance with applicable regulations and for the safety associated with the use of the equipment.

The publisher cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or accidents resulting from the use of the product, particularly in the event of loss of the mount or camera in flight, or entanglement with the parachute lines. The user is solely responsible for securing, adjusting, and inspecting their equipment before each use.
